Two technological innovations have arrived at UNAHOTELS the major Italian hotel chain. They have in fact partnered with Keenon a group specializing in advanced technologies and artificial intelligence for hospitality. The first application will be Hotel One Siracusa which will be the pilot hotel for the innovative solution. The Sicilian hotel in fact is the very first in Italy and only the third in all of Europe to “employ” these two robots to support the existing staff.
The two robots are the Keenon Dinerbot T5 and Butlerbot W3 affectionately known also as Lola and Leonard.
